Boston has experienced its first glimpse of Fall. The weather has officially been hit with cold spells that burst every so often. I can just smell it already, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, apple cider, and who doesn't love spooky season. Being a HV girl, seasons were prevalent in my childhood, especially fall. Apple picking is a family event. And who doesn't want a view of the gorgeous foliage?
These products I've curated for you scream Fall. When I envision Fall, I see maroon, sunflower yellow, orange, just those warm and inviting colors. The colors, pigments and ingredients of these products coincide so well with this season, they'll make you want to cozy up with a good ole cup of cider.
My favorite has to be the Rosen Skincare Enzyme Scrub. This dry scrub is made with pumpkin enzymes, walnut shell powder, and frankinscence, and it gently works to remove any scarring from your face. And yes scarring is especially important to take note of in these dry months. I mean if that doesn't make the cut for Fall I don't what does.
The Naked palettes are a makeup kit staple at this point, but with so many on the market, it's tough to choose which one to purchase. The Honey palette is different because it gives you a healthy mix of glitters and mattes and it has everything from yellow, pink to brown neutrals whereas the other palettes on the line, usually tend to stay with one texture or shade range.
Beekman 1802 Goat Milk Hand Cream
This luxurious hand cream is like honey for your hands. Beekman 1802 is known for using simple and clean ingredients in their beauty line. This hand cream has a subtle and very clean smell, so it won't be like spraying perfume on your hands. It is also great for hands that are eczema prone.
Kat Von D Vegan Beauty Lolita Lipstick
The lippies of all lippies, Lolita should be in everyone's kit. It's universal and the formula ensures that it won't leave your lips with swipe. It's also matte, a perfect finish for the Fall. It pairs well with any eye shadow palette, especially nudes.
I've talked about Rosen Skincare a lot on my blog and I actually have a tutorial coming up on using their Fade Routine. But the scrub has to be the game changer for me. It's made with pumpkin enzymes, lemon powder, and walnut shell powder and works to brighten and soften the skin. If you have textured skin, this a great scrub for you. It is dry, so you have to wet it with water before you use it, but this is no bother at all. It does wonders.
Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil in Red Berry
This is for the girls whose lips dry out in the Fall from wearing matte lipsticks, and yes it does happen. If you want an option that gives you fall vibes and gives you a matte finish, this is for you. Not only do the oils make the perfect gloss, but you can also use them as a night treatment. It's a double win for all.
Hope this guide gave you guys some sort of insight into Fall beauty! Till next time loves ❤️
